ZL-4F Drawing style facial tissue making machine

This machine is professional for making box-type facial tissues. It has high producing speed and running stability.

Brief introduction:This machine is specially designed for making box-type latex-bonded airlaid paper tissue. It takes out the main disadvantage of previous old model which can only process low desity(less than 25gsm) raw materials. This machine’s design has absorbed European similar machine’s advantages, uses the vacuum adsorption to make automatic folding and counting, and it has high running stability and production efficiency.

 

Product process:

Raw material feeding → Fold & Mutually buckle → Ceter cutting → Outputting.

 

Functions and features:

1.     Automatically count the number you preset in the machine.

2.     High-speed steel slanting knife shuts off, folds with vacuum adsorption.

3.     The speed modulation puts the volume, adapts different tensity of raw materials, like common thin tissue paper and thick airlaid paper.

4.     Air pressure is electrically controlled with easy operation.

5.     The embossing design is made by steel roller and rubber roller(or woollen roller) which effect is clear and obvious.
